Rana strengthens its presence in Brazil and opens a new office in São Paulo

The Rana Group has established Frog South America, based in São Paulo, to strengthen its commercial presence in Brazil and other South American markets.

The company, founded in Verona and already present on the Brazilian market with its products, is now taking another step forward by establishing its own structure. The goal is to better serve distributors, retailers, and consumers in the region and develop new business opportunities.

The new organization is part of a broader international expansion strategy. In 2025, the Rana Group recorded 1.2 billion euros in revenue and made approximately 132 million euros of investments.

In the United States, where the group already has two production plants in Illinois, the construction of a new plant is also planned third plant in the Chicago area. The company also recently opened a new branch in Australia.

While continuing to strengthen its production capacity in key international markets, Rana has chosen a strategy for Brazil that focuses primarily on strengthening its commercial structure.

The opening of Rana South America thus brings Sao Paulo at the center of a new phase of international expansion of a company that maintains its roots firmly in Italian tradition, but which is now present in numerous markets around the world.
